We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries about services, appointments, and repair timelines.
- Prepare repair estimates, explain the repair process, and coordinate with insurance companies on claims.
- Schedule appointments, update work orders, and track repair progress to keep customers informed.
- Maintain accurate records, customer files, and job documentation in the management system.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing-related tasks.
- Work closely with technicians and the production team to ensure smooth communication between the shop and the customer.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory coordination, as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a related role (automotive industry experience is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer care.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with shop management software (experience with Mitchell, CCC, or similar is an asset).
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
