Customer Care Associate

Salary: $17.20 per hour
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible shifts required)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead/Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers at parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide on-site customer assistance and guidance
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
· Address complaints with empathy and professionalism
· Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity
· Troubleshoot parking equipment issues
· Maintain accurate cash and parking records
· Enroll/cancel I-PASS for payroll staff and coordinate with payroll
· Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary
· Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards
· Respond promptly to equipment damage reports and initiate service requests
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
· High school diploma or higher education
· Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)
· Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
· Previous customer service experience is an asset
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude
· Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
· Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
