We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer help.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures is an asset.
- Experience with cashiering and cash handling is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
