Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering.
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
- Stock shelves and ensure that products are readily available for customers.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with pricing.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries via phone.
- Help the other members of the team.
- Computer skills such as excel, word and acrobat are considered an asset

Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks efficiently while maintaining store standards.
- Experience in stocking products and managing inventory levels.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse customer base.
