Counter / Inside Sales Representative
Ko-Hen Electronics Supply Ltd. is a privately-owned Red Deer Company established in 1977 that serves the needs of the Commercial and Industrial Electronic industries. Our online presence has allowed us to carry more products and reach more customers, not only in Alberta but across Canada and around the globe. We believe in satisfying our customers with personal service by supplying and finding the required product for their needs. Because of our continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting additional sales representatives to help us meet the needs of our customers. Qualifications:
- Grade 12 high school diploma required; some post-secondary preferred
- Two (2) years’ recent related experience (e.g., counter sales, technical knowledge of electronics and the electrical industry)
- Proven customer service and support skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptive problem-solving skills and the ability to offer immediate solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Well-developed organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly while working under pressure
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarization with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good depth of understanding of internet search engines.
- Ability to operate related equipment
