The Personal Development School is seeking a talented Copywriter to join our company. The main responsibility of the Copywriter will be to strategize and write creative content for our sales pages and funnels for marketing, and product teams; thereby improving our customer experience. The scope of work will include creating on-brand strategies for copy; monitoring and generating reports; and writing compelling, on-brand copy no matter the format—from social posts, SEO, blogs, landing pages to emails. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing and content channels, and the ability to adapt writing to fit the needs of the audience.
What you’ll be doing
· Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content.
· Create strategies to improve content, and new email strategies to improve email open rate and click-through rate.
· Write copy that supports the brief for digital, social, videos, and content.
· Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them.
· Monitor metrics related to our content, like web traffic and conversion rates.
· Create as well as oversee weekly/monthly reports on content.
· Use advanced writing skills, to write, edit, and proofread copy for emails and sales landing pages.
· Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility.
· Edit, revise, and review work to provide feedback to our email team.
· Work to meet tight deadlines.
· Present copy and creativity to key stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
· Stay in the know; research and follow brands with excellent copy, find new ways to
innovate and remain inspired.
· Participate in internal project status meetings and ongoing project schedule updates.
· Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
· An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g., product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g., social media posts)
. Be able to strategize, generate new copy ideas by analyzing results and making data-driven decisions

· Portfolio of published articles
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Be self-motivated and well-organized.
· He or she should have natural creativity and curiosity, alongside rock-solid grammar skills and a customer-first lens.
· The ability to think creatively and deliver content with keen attention to leading digital marketing concepts.
Skills Needed
· 3 to 4 years of Copywriting experience
· 3+ years of experience with social media & and email marketing, blogging, and establishing an online presence.
· Proven work experience as a Marketing Copywriter, Product Copywriter, SEO copywriter or similar role
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field is preferred.
· Experience in the field of Personal development preferred.
