Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Help manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages as needed.
- Provide assistance to guests, addressing any questions or concerns regarding menu items.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to prepare a variety of meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation.
