Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in food prep, portioning, and plating for daily meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, tools, and food storage areas.
• Follow food safety regulations and workplace hygiene protocols.
• Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.

Cook Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma and/or diploma/certificate in Culinary Arts, Cook Pre-Apprenticeship, or Professional Cooking.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
