Conveyancer (Path to Office Manager)

Led by two licensed brokers with over 40 years of combined real estate experience, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our collaborative team. This role offers a clear path to an Office Manager position, where you’ll take on exciting responsibilities like event management and shaping business ideas. If you’re organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a fast-moving brokerage, we’re willing to train the right candidate!

What You’ll Do:

-Prepare purchase and sale documents for conveyancing with precision.

-Conduct title searches through SPIN II and other platforms.

-Manage real estate transaction files with high attention to detail and accuracy.

-Correspond with agents, solicitors, outside brokerages, and colleagues.

-Upload and maintain listings on MLS, process amendments, and ensure data accuracy.

-Support banking and accounting duties for agents and management.

-Handle courier drop-offs/pick-ups, respond to emails, and address client inquiries.

-Support transition activities for real estate associates in our expanding markets.

-Growth Potential: Transition to an Office Manager role, overseeing all aspects of the business, including fun tasks like planning events and contributing creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

Detail-Oriented and Organized:

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Loft 47 and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with MLS systems is a plus.

Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and agent interactions.

Adaptable and Independent: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and thrive in a team setting.

Problem-Solver: Strong analytical reasoning and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Client-Focused: Commitment to excellent client service and a willingness to learn.

Creative and Engaged: Enthusiasm for event management and contributing ideas to a growing business.

Experience: Conveyancing or real estate administrative experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
