What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Own campaign rollout calendars and deliverables across Marketing teams
- Build project briefs, support asset tracking, and ensure deadlines and stakeholder needs are met
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to align execution across touchpoints
Content Creation & Messaging Oversight
- Write and edit content for campaigns, promotions and branded content across various platforms, including email, press releases, award submissions, blog posts, website and internal communications.
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice across all copy
- Review internally and externally produced content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and alignment
Channel & Campaign Support
- Execute blog content strategy, manage the editorial calendar, and collaborate with Growth to create engaging, brand-relevant, optimized content.
- Contribute to internal and external comms (e.g. press releases, award entries, app copy, onboarding flows)
- Track and document key content and campaign learnings to improve future execution
What We Are Looking For
Fresh Prep is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content & Campaign Manager to support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and ensure brand-aligned content across all customer touchpoints. Reporting into the Senior Brand & Communications Manager, this role owns both the coordination of campaign timelines and deliverables and the development and editing of high-quality English-language content, helping maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, or campaign coordination
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of brand tone and structure
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders, with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing tools, and CMS systems
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience in DTC, food, or sustainability-focused brands
- Bonus: Bilingual (French) or experience working in bilingual teams
Success Looks Like
- Campaigns launch on time and are well-coordinated across teams and channels
- Messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with Fresh Prep’s tone of voice
- Content backlog is organized, deadlines are met, and briefs are actionable and effective
- Content consistently supports key business goals like engagement, retention, and conversion
What You Can Expect
- $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience
