As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we’re looking for an experienced Integrated Campaign Manager to lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts that drive adoption, engagement, and growth. From product launches and webinar series to AI feature rollouts and seasonal campaigns, you’ll be the central driver connecting teams and channels to ensure seamless, high-impact campaign execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop and own the strategy for integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with product, sales, customer success, and growth objectives
- Create detailed campaign briefs that outline target audiences, positioning, messaging, KPIs, deliverables, and timelines
- Build and maintain a forward-looking campaign calendar with clear go-to-market milestones
- Lead cross-departmental project plans across Marketing, Product, Design, Content, Sales, and Customer Success
- Run campaign stand-ups, manage dependencies, and keep everyone accountable and aligned
- Ensure all campaign elements are coordinated across key touchpoints—website, in-product, email, paid media, webinars, and customer channels
- Work closely with the team to ensure all creative assets, landing pages, in-app messages, and outbound tactics are launched on time
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide enablement materials, including talk tracks, battlecards, and FAQs
- Own campaign QA, tracking (UTMs, CRM tagging), and reporting setup
- Define campaign success metrics (adoption, engagement, leads, pipeline, ARR impact) and track performance regularly
- Analyze results, run retrospectives, and identify optimizations for future campaigns
- Share learnings and establish best practices for campaign operations
- 3–6 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional launches that span multiple channels
- Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Wrike, or Jira
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms HubSpot,pardot, paid media tools, and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and can confidently lead discussions across teams and senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-informed decisions
- Bonus: experience with in-product marketing ( Appcues), A/B testing tools, or property/real estate tech
- Lead 3–4 major cross-functional campaigns in your first year
- Drive feature adoption, event attendance, or pipeline metrics tied directly to campaign initiatives
- Establish a scalable “go-to-market” process that other teams follow and trust
