Vitality Rehabilitation Group is a multidisciplinary healthcare provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients through comprehensive assessments and personalized rehabilitation services. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team in Ottawa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients with diverse medical and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide ongoing nutrition education and counseling to clients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and nutrition guidelines
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Experience working in rehabilitation or multidisciplinary settings is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred
