Job Overview
The role of a Site Supervisor is one of the most demanding yet fulfilling roles in the process of building new homes. It asks the incumbent to be many things to many people; spokesperson for the company, a teammate, a mentor, a problem-solver, and a customer service representative. To be a successful Site Supervisor, you must be able to see the big picture strategy but also have an eye for the smallest of detail.
Stranville Living Master Builder constructs both single-family homes and multi-family projects in the Crowsnest Pass region of southwestern Alberta. The Site Supervisor will be an integral part of ensuring these projects stay on schedule and on budget, while being built to the high standards of quality workmanship our company is known to produce.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Construction Manager in the creation and maintenance of the construction schedule for each project.
2. Be an agent for quality control.
3. Provide onsite support for trades and suppliers.
4. Problem solves on site issues.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work site.
6. Provide direction and mentorship to Field/Service Technician.
7. Provide direction and mentorship to Construction Laborer.
8. Be an active and supportive member of the Stranville Living team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent skills in blueprint reading, quality control measures, budgeting, and construction estimating.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $48,905.65-$108,569.47 per year
