Novacon Construction is looking for highly detailed/self driven leaders to work on home additions/extensions, and large scale home renovation projects. We are looking for long term career driven people, not just a job seekers. You must possess extensive knowledge of residential construction and renovations including standard procedures, techniques, materials, specifications, quality control, safety and Ontario building codes. You must be able to take a large scale renovation project on from start to finish and understand the sequences without supervision. Must posses the ability to read construction plans and engineering documents and execute accordingly. We are a small boutique construction company and are looking for a new team member to join the family. This position involves being in charge of up to 3 job sites and leading our in house team and sub-trades. The position would be a split between supervisory and some hands-on work. - Wages are based on experience and skill level with yearly performance based bonus'
MINIMUM 5-10 years experience in residential construction industry
-Red Seal/Other training certificate would be a definite asset
-Previous Supervisory position for at least 5 years
-Speak fluent English
-High attention to detail and higher end finishing is a must.
-Must be highly knowledgeable in home building and LARGE scale renovations.
-Be able to read and interpret blueprints
-Work and communicate well with co-workers and clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
