We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and work with the project manager on construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the established timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment while maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and that the project complies with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Or Extensive Experience In Canada
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for problem-solving purposes.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
