We are looking for someone who:
- Can consistently show up to work on time with a willingness to learn. NO experience in Helical piles is necessary.
- Enjoys being outside
- Is accountable and reliable
- Responsible working with vehicles and machinery
- Is positive when facing challenges
- Has a valid G Driver’s license
- Is a Team player and can also work alone
- Has had some experience in the construction field
You will be responsible for assisting, learning, training with one our certified installers until you become a certified installer. Every new member of our team receives in-depth “On-The-Job” training in order to learn how to properly, and accurately install helical piles.
Job Responsibilities after going through training program
- Operate machinery and systems necessary to helical pile installation
- Drive company truck and pull trailer
- Load/unload material and equipment
- Install Material
- Complete frequent truck inspections for safe operations
- Provide amazing customer service
