Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, contributing to various tasks that support the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and drywall.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
