Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Helper to assist with various tasks on site, including cleanup, material handling, and basic construction support. Training will be provided for specific tasks such as vinyl installation and deck finishing.
Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Learn and perform basic construction tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work on ladders
