**Job Title:** Construction Laborer **Job Overview:** Join our team as a Construction Laborer and play a vital role in supporting various construction projects. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of construction tasks. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and contribute to the creation of quality structures. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople as needed - Perform basic carpentry, concrete work, or other tasks as assigned - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency **Experience:** - Previous experience in construction or related field preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Familiarity with hand and power tools - Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job- Skid Steer and Fall Protection Certificates are preferred **Skills:** - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Team player with good communication skills - Time management skills to meet project deadlines If you are looking to kickstart your career in construction and are eager to work in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the Construction Laborer position.
