Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced concrete Polisher and floor coating installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various floor coatings like epoxy, and traffic coatings and a strong understanding of materials used in the flooring industry. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with heavy equipment. The Polisher will be responsible for ensuring surfaces are finished to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate polishing machines and tools to finish surfaces of materials such as concrete & terrazzo.
- Perform flooring installation tasks as needed, ensuring precision and quality.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to polishing and finishing.
- Self motivating and positivity.
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Maintain heavy equipment used in polishing processes, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring coating and concrete polishing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
- Must have a valid license and vehicle to get to jobs
- Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to polishing tasks and floor prep.
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desired.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.45-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
