Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on job sites. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of concrete projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the industry and grow with our company. We will train, we just need someone who will show up everyday, work hard, and follow direction. This position is a seasonal fulltime position with 50-60 hours per week until snow flies. For the right candidate year round work may be available.
Duties
- Looking for someone to join our form stripping crew and install brackets.
- Assist in the preparation for pouring concrete in sidewalks, driveways, and basements.
- Perform rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and equipment on site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION, WE WORK ALL OVER THE CITY
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to construction processes and equipment operation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working long hours on job sites.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.75-$37.41 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
