Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company safety and quality policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise the site crew to install formwork, rebar, and place concrete
- Plan the work as per design drawings
- Order materials such as rebar, concrete, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete work, more than 5 years
- Ability to read and understand blue prints
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
