Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Tri Star Excavating. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete finishing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications.
- Set up forms and ensure proper alignment for concrete pours.
- Work with hand tools and machinery to achieve desired finishes.
- Mix and pour concrete according to established guidelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and design.
- Use power tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
- Restore and repair existing concrete surfaces as needed.
Expectations & Qualifications for this role:
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be available to work anywhere from 40-60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Have the ability to work in a team
- Experience with concrete work is required
- Must have a valid class 5 drivers licence
- Certificates such as, standard first aid, WHMIS, trenching and excavation, traffic control, etc. will be considered an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
