Job Overview
Klaver Concrete is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and related tasks to ensure the successful completion of various slab projects. You will be required to meet at our shop in Napanee, then be dispersed to various work locations. We work in areas from Trenton to Brockville and occasional various other locations.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine concrete specifications
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge for concrete work
- Potential work on forming crew during slower times
- form stairs and porches
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for concrete projects
- Experience with concrete slab installation
-Experience with power screed
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques
- Mechanical aptitude for using various tools
- Familiarity and experience with rebar and welded wire mesh, Rigid insulation and poly vapor barrier.
