Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare budgets and estimates for projects, ensuring accurate forecasting of materials and labor costs.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures on-site.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction estimating tools and software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes related to construction projects.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
