POSITION SUMMARY:
Concession Cooks have the opportunity to work and receive valuable training in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.
A typical shift includes
- Performing food preparation for Quick Service stations located on the concourse level with a focus on quality, food preparation standards and consistency
- Implementing and enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the kitchen
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times
- Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen is an asset
- Completion of Food Safe Certificate is an asset
