Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Day job
Work Location: Scarborough, In-Person
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Overtime may be required during weekends and will be compensated.
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Have reliable commute route OR plan to relocate before starting work
Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, bi-weekly pay issuance, pay days on Fridays.

Position Overview
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented entry-level Computer Technician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and handling computer equipment, including desktop PCs, in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. This role requires proficiency in using Excel and ERP systems, the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and basic knowledge of PC hardware. The candidate must also be physically capable of lifting desktop PCs weighing between 13-23 kg (30-50 lbs).
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Handling: Safely lift, move, and install desktop PCs and related hardware, ensuring proper care and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Data Management: Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track inventory, manage equipment records, and update status information.
- SOP Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in equipment handling and documentation.
- Support and Coordination: Work under the direction of supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic PC Knowledge: Demonstrate basic understanding of computer hardware and software to assist in equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Physical capability to lift and move desktop PCs weighing between 13-23 kg (30-50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT equipment handling or a similar role.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to handling electronic equipment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be advantageous.
