We’re seeking a Communications Assistant to support our growing team. You’ll help craft our voice across emails, social media, and client materials—ensuring every message is polished, professional, and on-brand.
What You’ll Do:
✓ Write and edit emails, newsletters, and social media posts
✓ Assist with presentations, reports, and internal announcements
✓ Manage our contact lists and track media coverage
✓ Coordinate with teams to gather updates for communications
✓ Proofread everything (you’re the grammar guardian!)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
✔ Have 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or admin (internships count!)
✔ Write clearly and concisely (English fluency required; French is a plus)
✔ Know your way around Canva, Microsoft Office, and social platforms
✔ Stay organized under deadlines—you juggle tasks like a pro
✔ Love collaborating but can also work independently
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with [industry-specific tools, e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite]
