What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform commercial tire work (mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, etc.) for trucks and fleet vehicles
- Handle on-road service calls independently
- Manage workflow and prioritize jobs efficiently
- Maintain shop organization, inventory, and cleanliness
- Build customer relationships through reliable, honest service
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations — this is your shop to run
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in commercial tire service (truck, trailer, off-road)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working solo
- Must be reliable, resourceful, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Able to lift heavy tires and perform physical labor in all weather
- Experience with service truck work is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to grow with the business
