Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join a collision repair facility in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This position requires a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet company standards.
- Utilize various cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need addressing before repairs and delivery to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support the shop in various maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or detailing is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
