Role Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time coach/personal trainer who is energetic, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact. You’ll both lead one-on-one sessions and supervise drop-in clients, guide clients through customized training programs, and help foster a positive, inclusive training atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered instruction based on our training methodology
- Create a welcoming, professional, and motivating environment for all clients
- Support client progress through regular communication and guidance
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and provide supervision and guidance on the gym floor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring housekeeping and safety standards are upheld
- Work with the team to ensure consistent coaching and education to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal trainer, coach, or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients
- Confident leadership and coaching presence that inspires, motivates, and educates clients
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals in a supportive, community-focused setting
- Current certification in personal training (CPT, CSCS, or higher)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
Preference will be given to candidates who are available for weekend shifts.
