Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the highway coaches is in proper working condition.
- Safely operate highway coaches to transport passengers in accordance with the assigned schedule.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of both the interior and exterior of the bus.
- Accurately complete electronic logs (e-logs), reports, and other required documentation.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including operating the wheelchair lift and securing mobility devices as needed.
- Support with luggage handling when required.
- Promptly report any delays, mechanical issues, or incidents.
- Provide courteous, professional, and respectful service to all passengers.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years’ motor coach driving experience.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal).
- Willingness to travel on overnight trips across Canada.
- Ability to adapt to various schedules, including long driving hours and tight rest periods between shifts, as well as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
