About ACE Community College:
ACE Community College is a leading provider of technical and trades training programs in British Columbia. Our mission is to empower students through practical education, hands-on learning, and strong industry connections. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Co-op or Intern to support our administrative operations and front-desk team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, instructors, and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and support internal communication
- Assist with student registration and record-keeping
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support staff with ongoing administrative and coordination projects
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a business administration, office assistant, or related post-secondary program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
