Your Role at Cosmo – Administrative Assistant
As a key member of the Cosmo team, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and contribute to delivering expert care and seamless client experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in maintaining an organized, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
· Greet and assist clients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
· Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client records with precision
· Support clinic operations by handling phone calls, emails, and administrative follow-ups
· Communicate clearly and professionally in both French and English
· Assist with client intake, treatment prep, and follow-up communications
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
· Help coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
· Provide basic product knowledge and support retail sales as needed
· Contribute to a team culture centered on care, collaboration, and continuous improvement
· Support management in daily tasks, schedule, and specific projects
· Provide assistance in social media management

The Ideal Candidate
· Minimum 2 years of experience
· Bachelor's degree (not mandatory but an asset)
· Fully bilingual (French & English)
· Passionate about treatments and result oriented
· Strong knowledge of skin, body systems & skincare products
· Available full-time, including days, evenings & weekends

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
