VAC Developments Ltd is a Canadian Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company. We are looking for experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join our Milling department.
Responsibilities:
- Prove machine G-Code program before loading.
- Measure offsets.
- Trouble shoot and edit program as required.
- Create fixtures and select tools.
- Inspect finished product and compare details to specs on blueprint for conformance.
- Work in compliance to company AS9100C standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years of CNC Setting Up of Milling 3, 4 and 5 Axis machines
- Experience in Aerospace industry required
- Experience performing multiple daily custom machine set ups an asset
