Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to manufacture parts according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required standards
- Prepare manufactured parts for shipping
- Safety orientated with the ability to operate manufacturing equipment following all safe work procedures as outlined on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Requirements
- Experience in operating CNC machines
- Previous Manufacturing industry experience is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn and be trained on new mechanical processes
- Proven Ability to take initiative and direction
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
