Who We Are
InnerWorks Counselling is not your typical psychotherapy practice. We are a collaborative, growth-focused practice. Our therapists are full time employees with salaries, benefits, and paid time off. This is part of our commitment to help our team members build a career at InnerWorks.
At InnerWorks, we help families connect and thrive in a world full of distraction and busyness. In addition to therapy sessions, we make a difference in the lives of families through group therapy, social skills groups, Executive Functioning coaching, the Safe & Sound Protocol, and parenting support & education.
Our team believes that when we provide a collaborative approach to care, our clients see substantial and lasting change.
Our Values
Excellence: Go Above and Beyond. We strive for continuous improvement, take initiative, and always aim to exceed expectations. We want every client to feel the quality of care we bring to each session.

Team Players: Be a Giver. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Our team works together to support both clients and one another, fostering a sense of community, growth, and shared success.
