We’re Hiring: Clinic Cleaner & Organizer Extraordinaire (Part-Time, 16–24 hrs/week)

At Silver Star Animal Care Clinic, we believe in delivering not just excellent veterinary care, but a compassionate, calm, and clean environment for pets and their people. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This isn’t just sweeping floors and calling it a day — we’re talking:
● Cleaning up all the lovely things animals leave behind (fluids, fur, footprints... you get it)
● Ensuring pets are set up in cozy, clean spaces with comfort in mind
● Laundry (yep, lots of it) — blankets, scrubs, surgical drapes
● Meticulously cleaning surgical instruments and dental tools (we’ll train you!)
● Restocking supplies and keeping our clinic super organized
● Exterior upkeep — poop scooping, lawn mowing, yard tidying, and snow/ice management as needed
● Making sure everything shines, sparkles, and smells... well, not like a vet clinic

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
● Is obsessed with detail — you notice things, and take action
● Is reliable, efficient, and can work independently
● Has a strong stomach (bodily fluids are part of the gig)
● Is comfortable working around animals (even if you don’t handle them directly)
● Can lift ~30 lbs, push a mop, fold a mean towel, and maneuver a lawnmower
● Has cleaning or janitorial experience (bonus if it’s in a clinic or hospital setting)
Job Details:
● Part-Time – 16 to 24 hours per week
● Schedule – Flexible shifts; may include mornings, evenings, or weekends
