Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting RCIC with immigration applications preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and manage meetings, organize calendar, data entry, and front desk management.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Assist with account management tasks such as onboarding new clients and conducting regular check-ins
- Contribute to the development of customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the immigration services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in account management or sales is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
