We pride ourselves on delivering quality care and expert guidance to ensure our clients’ peace of mind. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Field Coordinator.
Job Overview:
Our Super Hero Consultants perform lice removal services in clients’ homes and at Lice Squad.com clinics where available. They are trained in Lice Squad’s specialized reduction method and certified to conduct professional lice removal services. Consultants also provide products and education to clients, head checks in schools and camps, and service in various agencies.
This position will serve as the main point of contact for service appointments in this area, and provides service to all inbound home visit requests. Guaranteed hours of 26 per week with schedule flexibility.
This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with children and families and are caring and empathetic – we enjoy helping people and educating them and making a difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- identify and remove head lice, utilizing reduction combing, enzymes and other Lice Squad.com products
- educate families on follow up procedures, environmental care in the home and strategies to minimize reinfestation
- conduct group screening services for schools, camps, day cares, etc.
- schedule client appointments and process payments
- sell Lice Squad products to clients on site
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Personal Support Worker, Nursing, Hair Stylist, Health Care Aid, Child/Health Care Worker, or related field preferred
- Desired but not required - we train - experience with and/or exposure to head lice circumstances
- Must have - experience working with children and families
Requirements:
- must be able to provide Police Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening
- must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
