Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the trucking industry
- Manage client records, documentation, permits, and compliance-related data
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor deadlines for renewals and ensure timely submissions
- Handle emails, client inquiries, and updates professionally and promptly
- Assist with billing, reporting, and other administrative duties
- Maintain accurate and organized digital files and logs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of administrative experience specifically in the trucking or transportation sector
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Preferred:
- Experience with dispatch or fleet management software
- Familiarity with cross-border (US/Canada) trucking regulations (if applicable)
