Cleaner/Caretaker

KP Cleaning Group focuses solely on servicing residential strata clients. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Cleaning of all main areas including amenity rooms, gym and lobby.
• Vacuuming, dusting and moping of main areas including hallways, elevators, and communal spaces.
• Programming of FOBs and enterphone
• Dealing with move in/outs according to procedures
• Responding to emails
• Provide access to trades
• Litter pickup outside building and within parkade.
• Organizing compost room including separating recycling into correct bins.
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work daytime shifts Monday to Friday.
• Start time is anywhere from 7am to 8am.
• Prior experience as a cleaner/caretaker preferred.
• Provide a positive service experience to everyone by maintaining a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Physically able to perform job duties including standing/walking for extended periods, vacuuming, mopping, and carrying garbage/supplies up to 20 lbs.
• Able to communicate effectively and perform work duties independently.
