We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that require attention.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and inquiries from facility occupants in a professional manner.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding the status of cleaning assignments and any challenges encountered.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial roles or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for specific cleaning assignments.
