Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and recyclables, ensuring timely service and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Duties
- Operate roll-off trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload containers at various job sites, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding service schedules, delays, or issues that may arise during operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used during operations.
Skills
- Proficient in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class.
- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Previous commerical driving experience required.

Pay: $22.50-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
