As a skilled Class 3 Roll-Off Driver, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and physically active role.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate roll-off trucks across various sectors, adapting to each industry's specific requirements, including asbestos disposal, in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload roll-off containers at multiple locations, ensuring secure placement and minimizing the risk of accidents or damage.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
- Collaborate with dispatch and fellow team members to optimize routes and schedules for efficient and timely service delivery.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records of driving activities, hours of service, equipment maintenance, and client interactions.
- Handle the physical demands of the role, including frequent truck entry and exit, tarping, and maneuvering roll-off containers.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 driver's license (holding a Class 1 license is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for delivering exceptional customer service
- Adequate physical fitness to manage the job's demands
- Minimum 1-year experience operating Class 3 manual vehicles (preferred)
We are open to training qualified drivers in roll-off unit operation.
