Shakti Chiro is excited for a new job position as a Chiropractic Assistant, who's ready to support the clinic and the Doctor, who has that warm, welcoming energy and be part of the transformational shift of our client's results! Joining our team, we are looking for someone who is focused, dedictated, has enthusiastic energy, who loves to greet and welcome our patients and who always wants to work and serve more people. We want someone to join our clinic who is efficient, fluent in English and who is also willing to grow with the clinic, ready for long-term commitment.
We would like a team member who is flexible with transportation and who lives near the area. We want someone to fully commit to the hours as we do have a high-volume practice.
Duties
- Full Reception/Admin duties
- We create a welcoming environment for our patients.
- We keep our rooms clean and organized.
- We create an efficient environment.
- Our staff maintain accurate patient records, upload X-rays, and book appointments and collect payments.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and discuss payment plans.
- Our staff orders supplies and manages inventory, placing orders when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in english
- Lives close to the area
- Able to stand during the duration of the shift.
- Efficient in computer skills, writing, communications and multitasking
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in patient care.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 20 Reception hours
