Que ce soit un dégât d’eau, un incendie, une catastrophe naturelle, les dommages ne sont jamais les mêmes. Le seul élément commun d’un sinistre à l’autre c’est qu’il chamboule des vies et marque à jamais.
Ce domaine n’est pas fait pour tout le monde. Il convient à ceux qui aiment ramener l’ordre dans le chaos, ceux qui carburent à l’adrénaline, aux défis et oui, parfois au stress.

Compétences recherchées
· Leadership et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
· Excellent service à la clientèle et axé sur l’atteinte des objectifs
· Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement changeant
Rôle du chargé de projet
· Se déplacer sur les lieux du sinistre
· Prendre les décisions requises en cas d’urgence
· Déterminer les travaux à effectuer
· Coordonner les travaux des divers intervenants au dossier
· Point de contact principal du client, employés et assureur
· Suivre l’avancement de ses projets de reconstruction en cours
· Respecter les délais et les normes de qualité
· S’assurer de documenter correctement le projet aux diverses étapes dans les divers logiciels
Profil recherché
· Permis de conduire valide - obligatoire
· Aisance avec l’informatique
· Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
· Expérience dans le domaine un atout
· Connaissance de Xactimate et Symbility un atout
Conditions de travail
· Salaire annuel de XX$ plus commissions sur ses ventes - à discuter selon expérience
· Horaire :
· Lundi au vendredi
· Soirs et fin de semaine en rotation
· 40h/semaine et +
· Formation continue

Role of the Project Manager
- Visit disaster sites
- Make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations
- Determine the scope of work required
- Coordinate the work of all parties involved in the file
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, employees, and insurance representatives
- Monitor the progress of ongoing reconstruction projects
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Properly document the project at each stage using the required software
Desired Profile
- Valid driver’s license — mandatory
- Comfortable with computer tools
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Experience in the restoration field — an asset
- Knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility — an asset
Working Conditions
- Annual salary of $XX plus sales commissions — to be discussed based on experience
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Evenings and weekends on rotation
- 40+ hours/week
