- Must bring a commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a desire to perform physical work
- Entry-level labor duties may vary to include (but not limited to) shoveling, sweeping, spark watch, equipment operation, manual handling of lumber and debris, etc.
- Assist the supervisor in maintaining records, report safety issues, concerns or hazard
- May be on call
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- All applicants must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent or be a current high school student -attach transcripts to application.
- Ability and willingness to follow all safe work practices and procedures and wear all required PPE as necessary.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
- Well-developed planning and organization abilities
- Physical ability to work in extreme heat and cold
- Must be team oriented
- A willingness to work alternate shift schedules and varying hours
- Able to work independently as required.
