- Upsell products by promoting special offers and additional items at checkout.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
