We are seeking a friendly and efficient Garnisher to join our team at Harvey's. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash effectively.
Duties
- Able to customize and serve burgers to the customers
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management as needed, including restocking shelves.
- Stay informed about current promotions and technology sales to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in restaurant preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly nature.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services to better assist customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
